Founded in 1993, RPD provides education and training in the areas of clinical audit and social research. We also provide a range of consultancy services to organisations undertaking studies of their own.


Education

Our clinical audit course A Certificate in Clinical Audit for Health and Social Care is available both in London and Online.

Training

We offer short courses in research and audit methodology deigned to meet the needs of the host organisation.

Consultancy

RPD staff can offer support to any type of health or social care organisation which wishes to set up their own research project or clinical audit programme. 

 

Who we are:

Dr. Patricia Maitland is the research and course director of RPD. An academic with over 20 years practical experience working in audit, research and teaching within health and social care. She works in collaboration with the University of Greenwich and holds an academic post with the University of Westminster leading the MSc Integrated Governance in Health and Social Care.

Sue Hepper
is a business psychologist who develops and delivers bespoke management courses. Her work focus on management development, gaining commitment to change and communication skills including dealing with the media. Sue’s work has the primary objective of positively influencing performance and motivation at an individual, group or organizational level.

Kathy Jackson
is a qualified social worker, trainer and consultant with over 25 experience working in social care.  She works with audit and practice standards with teams and partner agencies to facilitate change and improvements in social work practice.  She has also managed adult protection coordination and the implementation of joint policies and practice standards.  

Dr. Anna Keegan
is  a consultant clinical psychologist specializing in stress in the workplace, audit and practice development.
