RPD staff offer support to health, social care and voluntary sector organisations which wish to develop their own clinical audit programme or governance framework.
Who we are:
Dr. Patricia Maitland is course leader and tutor for the Certificate in Clinical Audit for Healthcare Professionals. She has many years practical experience working in audit, evaluation, and teaching within health and social care. Patricia holds an academic post with the University of Westminster leading the MSc Integrated Governance in Health and Social Care andthe Professional Doctorate in Health and Social Sciences.
Joy Tweed MA, a qualified nurse, is a tutor on the Certificate in Clinical Audit for Health Care Professionals. She is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster teaching healthcare governance. She is a non-executive director of a London Primary Care Trust, and currently chairs the Provider Services Board within the PCT. Joy also works as a consultant, including acting as an advisor for the health scrutiny support programme of the Centre for Public Scrutiny.
Sue Hepper, MA. Sue is a management psychologist, her work focus on management development, gaining commitment to change. Sue’s work has the primary objective of positively influencing performance and motivation at an individual, group or organizational level.
Kathy Jackson, CQSW is a qualified social worker, trainer and consultant with over 25 experience working in social care. She works with audit and practice standards with teams and partner agencies to facilitate change and improvements in social work practice. She has also managed adult protection coordination and the implementation of joint policies and practice standards.
Dr. Anna Keegan is a consultant clinical psychologist specializing in stress in the workplace, audit and practice development.
